How this website handles inquiries, saved drafts, and demonstration data.

Contact Us

Information you choose to provide

The Request form collects your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, business size, requested capabilities, current process, main problems, desired system, and preferred contact method. You may also provide your tools, work volume, timeline, budget, and additional project information. The Contact form collects your name, email, message, and any business name or phone number you choose to include.

We use this information to understand and respond to your inquiry and discuss possible work. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health records, or confidential customer records. Use fictional data while exploring the demos.

Source and project context

Links from industries, demos, the system builder, and the ROI calculator can carry your selected industry, capabilities, source, demo name, and a project or cost-estimate summary into the Request form. This context is included when you submit the request. It can also appear in the page URL and browser history. Start Fresh removes the carried context from the current request.

The current application does not separately parse or store UTM campaign parameters. URLs and referral information may nevertheless appear in hosting logs. Avoid putting personal or confidential information in URLs.

Saved drafts and browser storage

The Request form uses localStorage on your device to save answers, including contact details and carried context, under nizam-request-draft. When a saved draft is found, you can choose Continue Draft or Start Fresh. A successfully accepted request clears that request draft. Start Fresh also removes the builder concept saved under nizam-system-concept-v1, which contains your industry, modules, problems, and workflow choices.

These saved values have no automatic expiry in the application. They remain until replaced, cleared by the application, or removed through your browser’s site-data settings. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to access them. If storage is blocked, the forms still work but cannot promise persistence or removal of an existing saved draft. The Contact form is not saved to localStorage.

Demo edits, sample records, and calculator interactions otherwise stay in the current page’s memory and reset when the page reloads; they are not submitted as real bookings, payments, or messages. The current application does not use sessionStorage or set tracking cookies.

Technical data and measurement

Form endpoints use an IP-derived key for short-lived, in-memory rate limiting, along with a hidden spam field and form timing checks. Server diagnostic logs record timestamps, form type, validation outcome, request reference, email-provider status, and error category. Successful provider responses may include a provider message identifier in those logs. The application does not intentionally log your message or contact details in these diagnostic entries.

Netlify hosts this website and may process connection and request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and timestamps, to deliver and protect it. The site emits local browser events for actions such as starting or submitting a request. No third-party analytics or advertising collector is configured in the current application code. Any hosting analytics or scripts enabled outside this code must be confirmed by the owner before this draft is finalized.

Email processing and service providers

Submitted inquiries are passed through Resend to the configured Nizam Systems notification mailbox. This includes the submitted details and relevant project context. If enabled by the owner, a Request submission also triggers a confirmation email to you. Provider acceptance is not a guarantee of delivery to an inbox.

Netlify, Resend, and the receiving mailbox provider process information needed to provide their services. Resend’s processing of customer email data is described in its Data Processing Addendum. Processing locations, access arrangements, and any applicable international-transfer requirements need owner confirmation. The current site has no account database, advertising integration, or feature for selling inquiry data.

Retention and security

Inquiry information may remain in business email, provider systems, and operational logs. A fixed retention period has not been confirmed. The owner must establish retention and deletion practices based on the purpose of the inquiry, any resulting project, legal requirements, and provider settings.

The website uses server-side validation and keeps email credentials on the server. No website, email system, or storage method can guarantee complete security. Please send only the information needed to discuss your project.
