Purpose of this website

Nizam Systems presents custom business software, workflows, and automation services. You may browse the website, explore its interactive demonstrations, and submit a genuine inquiry about a potential project. Information on the website may be updated as services and examples change.

Demonstrations and estimates

Demo businesses, people, customer records, appointments, invoices, and activity are fictional sample data. Editing records, moving jobs, recording sample payments, or simulating notifications does not perform those actions for a real business. Demo changes are temporary and are not a production recordkeeping service.

Demos and builder previews illustrate possibilities, not a promise that every shown feature is included in a future project. ROI calculator results depend on your inputs and illustrative assumptions; they are not a quote or a guarantee of savings, revenue, or business results.

Inquiries are not a contract

Submitting a Request or Contact form, receiving an automated acknowledgment, or saving a system concept does not create a service contract or reserve delivery capacity. Project scope, pricing, payment terms, timeline, support, data responsibilities, and ownership or licensing of deliverables require a separate agreement. This website does not collect project payments.

Responsible use

Provide information you are authorized to share. Do not use the forms or demos to submit unlawful material, personal data about others without permission, credentials, payment-card details, or sensitive customer records. Do not send spam, impersonate another person, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website or its providers. Testing beyond normal demonstration use requires prior permission.

Intellectual property

Website branding, original content, and software remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and applicable licenses. Exploring the website does not transfer ownership of its code, designs, or branding. Third-party components and marks remain subject to their own terms. Rights in any commissioned client work must be agreed separately; these draft terms do not assign rights in information you submit.

Third-party services and availability

The website relies on hosting, email delivery, and other infrastructure providers. Linked third-party sites operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Availability and email delivery can be affected by those services, network failures, filtering, maintenance, or other events. Keep a separate copy of important project information; a browser draft is not a backup service.

Limits of website information

The website and demos are provided for information and evaluation. They are not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, suitability for a particular business, or any specific project outcome. Do not rely on fictional records or illustrative calculations for operational, financial, or legal decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nizam Systems seeks to exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational website. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The scope and enforceability of any limitation must be reviewed for the owner’s jurisdiction and customers; no monetary liability cap is established here.

Privacy and contact

The privacy draft explains form submissions, browser drafts, source context, and service-provider processing. For website questions, contact hello@nizamsystem.com.
